Effective January 1, 2022 the user rates for GGSA customers were increased to $8.50 per 1000 gallons of metered water, and a new system update fee of $3.00 per EDU per month with a maximum of $100.00 per month.
This increase was necessary due to needed repairs and improvements to the wastewater treatment plant and the collection sewer system.
Despite this increase, GGSA customers will continue to pay some of the lowest rates in the area.
GGSA accepts credit card payments online and over the phone. A $3 convenience fee per transaction is charged for this service. For more information about online bill payment, please visit our Online Bill Payment Information page.
If you wish to pay by credit card over the phone, please dial (844) 254-0053
