Welcome to the GGSA Online Payment System, a fast, simple, and secure way to pay your sewage bill from the privacy of your own home. You will need your current sewage bill to register for the online service. Once you have registered, you have the ability to pay your sewage bill with a Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or debit card through the online payment system. There is a $3.00 convenience fee charged for each $100 payment to use this system. This fee will appear as a separate transaction on your credit card statement. The payment will be posted to your account the next business day. Payment made on Friday evening will be posted the next business day (Monday.) The online payment system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, from time to time we may need to take the system down for maintenance
Many people have questions about the security of information traveling on the Internet. Our online system has taken strict security measures to protect our online customers and our Web site. Your Online Bill Payment account is not automatically accessible via the Internet. Once you’ve decided to use our online resource, you must register with us to activate your account for online access. Your identity will be confirmed each time you want to access your account. Our system is hosted at a secure facility, and unauthorized access is restricted by firewalls. GGSA wants you to have complete confidence when you access your Internet account and make payments online. For this reason, we require you to enter your credit card information each time you use our system. GGSA does not store your credit card information. Our site also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which provides the most secure level of data encryption available on the market today. This allows sensitive information such as your credit card number to be almost unreadable to anyone who wrongly intercepts the information.
If your account is delinquent you can pay your bill using the online system up to the time your account receives a shut-off notice. Customers that try to pay their bill online after their account is scheduled for shut-off (or has been shut-off) will need to contact GGSA. The customer service representative will then advise you of any additional fees that have been applied to the account. GGSA is not responsible if your account is disconnected due to failure to contact GGSA before making an online payment if your account has been issued a shut-off notice.
GGSA does offer e-mail bills to our customers and ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments that debit your checking account is also available.
