Welcome to the GGSA Online Payment System, a fast, simple, and secure way to pay your sewage bill from the privacy of your own home. You will need your current sewage bill to register for the online service. Once you have registered, you have the ability to pay your sewage bill with a Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or debit card through the online payment system. The payment will be posted to your account the next business day. Payment made on Friday evening will be posted the next business day (Monday.) The online payment system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, from time to time we may need to take the system down for maintenance.
If your account is delinquent, you can pay your bill using the online system up to the time your account receives a shut-off notice. Customers that try to pay their bill online after their account is scheduled for shut-off (or has been shut-off) will need to contact GGSA. The customer service representative will then advise you of any additional fees that have been applied to the account. GGSA is not responsible if your account is disconnected due to failure to contact GGSA before making an online payment if your account has been issued a shut-off notice.
